AUD 681 - Central Auditory Processing

Discussion of central nervous system processing leading to perception of an auditory event. Neurological bases of auditory perception, speech perception, understanding of language, normal and abnormal processing strategies, and neurological disorders. Evaluation of normal and abnormal central auditory processing and treatment of central auditory processing disorders.

Prerequisites & Notes
PRQ: COMD 425, AUD 627, and AUD 677, or consent of school.
