PHYS 537 - Health Physics and Radiation Protection

Health risks of various types and quantities of radiation. Dose limits established by various agencies. Methods of calculating dose reduction from barriers near radiation producing machines as well as methods of measuring doses in controlled and uncontrolled areas.
