THEA 203 - Introduction to Theatre

Role of theatre as a major fine art and a communicator of ideas, human understanding, and cultural values. Contributions of playwright, actor, director, designer, technician, and audience to the theatrical production. Assessment of the principles and functions of theatre arts in its diverse performance media. Theatre attendance required.
