ACCY 652 - Taxation of Estates and Trusts

Study of federal income taxation of estates and trusts with emphasis on the preparation of fiduciary income tax returns and the use of trusts in tax planning to minimize income, estate, and gift taxes. A student must earn a grade of C or better in an income tax concepts course prior to enrollment.
