ELE 572 - Microwave Solid-State Devices and Circuits

Theory of operation of passive and active microwave devices including beamlead detector and mixer diodes, switching and varactor diodes, Gunn and IMPATT diodes; use of these devices in various microwave circuits, such as receiver front-ends, Gunn and IMPATT oscillators, and voltagecontrolled oscillators. Design of practical microwave/millimeter wave circuits.
