GEOL 547 - Quaternary Stratigraphy

Systematic study of glacigenic processes responsible for the formation of complex glacial drift sequences in the mid-continent. Stratigraphic and geochronological methods. Pedological, geotechnical, and hydrogeological properties of unconsolidated deposits examined in regard to environmental properties.

PRQ: GEOL 442 or GEOL 544, or consent of department.
