    Introduction to Chinese music through various repertoires: the traditional Silk and Bamboo Ensemble of the South Bank of Yang Zi River (Jiang Nan Si Zhu), narrative singing genres, such as Peking opera, Nan-guan, and Mountain and Lyric songs, and the modern Chinese orchestral and instrumental compositions.
