POLS 393 - Political Science Career

Exploration of career options for political science majors. This three-credit course will assist students with the identification of career paths, the development of skills (e.g., résumé creation, interviewing techniques, adopting professional attitudes and behavior), and provide coaching and mentoring opportunities. Additional focus on policymaking skills intended to ready students for careers in government, non-profit management, and as government liaison professionals.

Prerequisites & Notes
PRQ: Political science major and junior or senior standing.

Credits: 3
