LTDH 468 - Communication and Curriculum for Elementary Students Who Are Deaf or Hard of Hearing

Focus on bilingual and bimodal language development and literacy attainment for elementary students who are deaf or hard of hearing. Emphasis on methods of teaching content subjects, speech, and auditory training.

Prerequisites & Notes
PRQ: COMD 403 or LTLA 403X, LTDH 365, LTDH 382, TLSE 447, junior standing, GPA of at least 2.50, and successful completion of the PPST/ Praxis I or the ICTS Basic Skills Test and the Syntax Examination for the emphasis in deaf and hard of hearing.
