MILS 201 - Leadership and Decision Making

Study of leadership, personnel management, critical thinking, Army problem solving, Troop Leading Procedures, Operations Orders process, and ethical decision making. Cadets explore the dimensions of creative and innovative leadership strategies and styles by examining team dynamics and two historical leadership theories that form the basis of the Army leadership framework.
