HIST 756 - Directed Research

Allows for directed research by a graduate student under a faculty adviser. Master’s students must take the course while completing their master’s essay. Ph.D. students may take the course to develop their dissertation prospectus and when preparing for their candidacy examinations. May be repeated to a maximum of 15 semester hours. S/U grading may be used.
