BIOS 458 - Vertebrate Paleontology

Crosslisted as GEOL 458X. Survey of the history of vertebrates, focusing on key evolutionary innovations such as the evolution of bone, the invasion of land, and the origin of endothermy. Examination of fossils and the interpretation of them in the context of their geological setting.

Prerequisites & Notes
PRQ: BIOS 205T, BIOS 207, BIOS 209T and BIOS 211; or GEOL 320; or consent of department.
