MUSC 367A - Jazz Improvisation I

Development of improvisational skills in the jazz idiom through listening, singing, melodic transcription, and chord recognition. Includes performance in lab jazz combos.

Prerequisites & Notes
PRQ: Grade of C or better in MUSC 140G-K or MUSC 240 (jazz section), and grade of C or better in MUSC 260, and MUSC 267.
