Learning Innovation, Leadership, and Technology

The Department of Learning Innovation, Leadership and Technology offers a B.S. degree completion program in Applied Management with two emphases: Learning Technologies (LT) and Equity Leadership and Mentoring (ELM). The BSAM-LT program provides students with occupationally relevant skills and knowledge in the areas of instructional design and assessment, training and learning media development, and human performance technology. The BSAM-ELM program provides students with the skills necessary to work collaboratively with language learners, informal educational agencies, and varied local, state, regional, national, and international administrations and populations.

The department supports the preparation of teachers across the College of Education and the university. Many course offerings contribute to the university’s general education curriculum, broadening the department’s impact across disciplines.
