Community-Engaged Courses

Community-Engaged courses (CE) integrate community engagement into the curriculum and classroom experience. These courses help students apply their learning to real-world contexts, and to benefit the community beyond the classroom. Students participate actively in community settings through these courses which are offered in a range of majors and minors. Community-engaged activities vary by the focus of the course, ranging from direct service to consulting to research. All such activities are designed to add to students’ learning and create value for community partners. Community-engaged courses are listed below.
