OMIS 628 - Management Science Techniques for Managerial Analysis

Development and application of quantitative methods such as linear programming, inventory, waiting line theory, simulation, and model building to provide a basis for rational decision-making in the allocation of resources within the various functional areas of the firm, with emphasis on production. A student must earn a grade of C or better in both an operations management principles course and a business statistics course prior to enrollment.
