ELE 637 - Thin Film Resistive Sensors

Analysis and design of resistive sensors and capacitive sensors. Includes anisotropic magnetoresistors (AMR), giant magnetoresistors (GMR), thermistors, humidity sensors, and mass flow sensors.

Prerequisites & Notes
PRQ:  ELE 335 and ELE 370; or consent of department.
