OMIS 643 - Enterprise Process Improvement

Focus on continuous improvement in both service and manufacturing firms, with emphasis on quality improvement and business process reengineering. Topics include continuous improvement methodologies, business process analysis, business process redesign, and process change implementation.

Prerequisites & Notes
PRQ: All Phase One courses, or consent of department.

Credits: 3
