KNPE 580 - Principles and Foundations of Sport Coaching

The study of the use of effective teaching methods to introduce and refine sport principles and technical skills and to appropriately and effectively motivate athletes. Technical coaching information concerning personnel relationships with other coaches and players, organization and contest management, traveling rules, coaching ethics, and evaluation of personnel. Administrative aspects of budget, records, scheduling, and equipment.
