KNPE 314 - Applied Biomechanics


Study of anatomical and mechanical principles of human movement and application of these principles to the analysis of motor tasks and sports skills. Laboratory experiences provide an opportunity for the application of theoretical knowledges acquired in lecture discussion.

Prerequisites & Notes
PRQ: BIOS 311 (for non-Kinesiology majors) or grade of C or better in BIOS 357 (for Kinesiology majors). Grade of C or better in the university’s English and mathematics core competencies, excluding MATH 201. Recommended: Course in introductory physics.
