NUTR 414 - Nutrition as Medicine

Introduction to evidence-based research on the safe and effective use of therapeutic diets, specific food, or nutritional supplements to prevent and/or treat illnesses.

PRQ: CHEM 110 and BIOS 103; and BIOS 311 or BIOS 357; and NUTR 201.
