BADM 303 - Foodservice Systems Management in Practice


Application of the principles of foodservice management to quantity food production and service, including operation and care of equipment, procurement of goods, scheduling of employees, and costing of menus.

Prerequisites & Notes
PRQ: Grade of C or better in BADM 302; first aid and cardiac pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certifications, and 2-step tuberculin (TB) test.
