ACCY 465 - Forensic Accounting/Fraud Examination

Study of forensic accounting with a focus on fraud examination from the perspective of public, internal, and private accountants. Topics include principles and standards for fraud-specific examination, the study of fraud schemes incorporating a case-based approach, and the role of forensic accountants in litigation support.

Prerequisites & Notes
PRQ: A grade of C or better in each of the following courses: FINA 320, MGMT 335, MKTG 295, OMIS 338, ACCY 332, and ACCY 360. A grade of C or better in ACCY 375 (for ACCY majors). A grade of C or better in either FINA 391, MGMT 346, or OMIS 442 (for ACCY minors).
