NUTR 415 - Medical Nutrition Therapy I

Introduction to therapeutic nutrition. An understanding of the metabolic and pathologic changes during chronic disease conditions and adaptation of the principles of normal nutrition to promote optimum nutrition during disease states. The course is required for the Didactic Program in Dietetics verification statement.
