ELE 453 - Introduction to Applied Machine Learning in Engineering


This course offers a comprehensive introduction to the fundamental concepts and techniques of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). Students will explore the principles behind AI algorithms, including machine learning models and neural networks Emphasis will be placed on understanding the theoretical foundations as well as practical applications of AI. Through hands-on projects and assignments, students will gain practical experience in implementing AI algorithms and analyzing their performance.  

Prerequisites & Notes
PRQ: ELE 315, STAT 300 or ISYE 335 and CSCI 240, or consent of the department.
