LEEA 636 - Collective Bargaining in Education

An educational administration perspective on basic processes of collective bargaining in educational settings. Consideration given to history, theory, specific collective bargaining issues, planning, communication, and strategies required in the bargaining process. Includes clinical experiences.

Prerequisites & Notes
PRQ: LEEA 635 or consent of department.

Credits: 3
