COMD 584 - Speech and Swallowing Disorders in Head and Neck Cancer Patients

Study of speech and swallowing disorders in head and neck cancer patients following surgical and medical intervention. Emphasis on the role of the speech-language pathologist in the areas of counseling, dysphagia, artificial larynges, and alaryngeal and tracheoesophageal speech.
