FCNS 516 - Nutritional Factors in Obesity and Eating Disorders

Exploration of the etiology, complications, prognosis, and treatment protocols for obesity and eating disorders. Assessment of diet and eating behavior as factors in treatment and prevention of these conditions. Students required to participate as staff volunteers in an on-going weight control program.

PRQ: FCNS 309 or consent of school.
