NURS 578 - Internship: Women’s Health

Clinical internship with focus on the management of women’s health care in the primary care setting. Emphasis on health promotion, maintenance and preventive measures from puberty through the reproductive years, menopause, and postmenopausal years.

Prerequisites & Notes
PRQ: NURS 513, NURS 514, NURS 515, NURS 516, NURS 517, NURS 518, NURS 519, NURS 519A, and consent of school. CRQ: NURS 525 or NURS 526 for adult nurse practitioner and adult clinical nurse specialist students; NURS 575 for family nurse practitioner students; or consent of school.
