NURS 710 - DNP Project I: Development and Implementation

Assessment and planning of the DNP Project to address an emerging or current healthcare practice problem or issue in a specific healthcare setting. Development of a proposal to implement a system-wide healthcare policy, service, or practice innovation that contributes to evidence-based practices or quality improvement at a local, regional, or national level. Activities focused on development of the DNP project proposal including implementation and evaluation plans. Project implementation strategies including how to work effectively with interprofessional colleagues will also be addressed.

Prerequisites & Notes
PRQ: NURS 700, NURS 702, and NURS 704; or Consent of School. CRQ: NURS 743 or consent of school.
