NUTR 616 - Nutritional Factors in Obesity and Eating Disorders

Exploration of the etiology, complications, prognosis, and treatment protocols for obesity and eating disorders. Assessment of diet and eating behavior as factors in treatment and prevention of these conditions. Students required to participate in approved National Eating Disorder Awareness Week activities.

PRQ: Nutrition and dietetics graduate student or consent of school.
