NUTR 504 - Nutrition and Community Food Systems


Interdisciplinary examination of current trends in the food industry, agriculture, and community environment in relation to food sustainability, social and nutritional health and wellness. Organized service learning component requires participation in local community food systems. Can be repeated for up to 6 credit hours.

Prerequisites & Notes
PRQ: Graduate student within the College of Health and Human Sciences, or department approval.
