NURS 605 - Advanced Pharmacology across the Lifespan

This course explores the pharmacologic principles affecting human physiology and pathophysiology, with a focus on advanced nursing practice. Students examine drug actions, genetic influences, and the ethical and legal aspects of prescribing, including the management of substance use disorders. Emphasis is placed on interprofessional collaboration to optimize safe and effective pharmacologic care.
