NURS 621 - Foundations in Nursing Education I


This course explores the foundations of nursing education with a focus on the nurse educator role. Students will analyze legal, ethical, cultural, and sociopolitical factors influencing nursing education. Emphasis is placed on evidence-based course development, teaching strategies, and the use of emerging technologies. Learners will begin forming a personal teaching philosophy aligned with health promotion and professional growth.
