NURS 643 - Advanced Nursing Leadership Clinical Practicum

In this practicum, students collaborate with a healthcare leader to apply leadership skills and theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting. Emphasis is placed on analyzing the leader’s role in a changing healthcare environment, implementing an agency-designated project, and evaluating outcomes using evidence-based metrics. Students will communicate their project findings through a professional presentation.
