SLP 611 - Culturally and Linguistically Responsive Intervention in Speech-Language Pathology


This course explores research and theoretical frameworks for providing responsive speech-language pathology services across the lifespan and across intervention settings. The course includes discussions on tailoring intervention strategies to meet the needs of individuals with diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, best practices, community outreach initiatives, the role of experiential learning, and how to analyze and apply responsive practices.
