TECH 526 - Electric Systems Applications for Alternative Energy


This course covers the concepts, operation principles, simulation and modeling of solar, wind, and fuel cell energy harvesting techniques. The course will provide the students with concepts and theoretical background as well as applications and grid connection methodologies for alternative energy with emphasis on the electric aspect.

Prerequisites & Notes
PRQ: MATH 155 with a C or better or MATH 229 or MATH 230; TECH 276 and TECH 276A; or consent of department.
